Information, capacity and prices
Property facilities, maximum occupancy, photographs and house rules apply to the individual property. The collection includes options for 2–12 guests; this does not mean every property accommodates 12. Direct-price messages refer to the offers available from our team, and do not constitute a guarantee of the lowest price across every platform. Availability and total charges must be confirmed for your dates before booking.
Bookings and external services
An enquiry or availability search is not a confirmed reservation. Read the property-specific payment, cancellation and house rules before accepting a booking. Activities accessed through Meteora Activities and other external links are offered under the respective provider’s terms; ask who provides a service before purchasing it.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, submit misleading requests or reuse protected text, photographs or branding without permission from the rights holder. External content retains its respective ownership.
Your rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first with the booking reference and issue so we can investigate. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and competent dispute resolution procedures remain available. Updates to website terms do not retrospectively change an already agreed booking.
